Early arrivals and late departures
Should you arrive prior to our check in time of 4pm, and would prefer access to your room, we strongly recommend reserving the night prior to guarantee immediate access. If you choose not to reserve, we would be delighted to store your luggage until your room is ready. Should you require a late check out, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you depart the hotel.
Cancellation policy
For individual reservations cancellations must be received in writing 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival, a charge of one night will be incurred. For full details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking. (Please note terms and conditions may vary for large group bookings or contracted bookings to include weddings)
Booking For An Event or Wedding\No Online Availability – Please contact us directly if attending an event or wedding at the hotel. In some cases pre-booked bedrooms may still be available to book by contacting the hotel reservations team directly. The hotel does not accept reservations for guests attending events such as school formals or proms or guests under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by an adult. The hotel reserves the right to cancellation.

The hotel may request a €50 deposit per room at the time of making your reservation. This is a standard hotel policy with The Silver Tassie Hotel & Spa.
Other Important Policies
The Silver Tassie Hotel does not accept bookings for overnight guests under the age of 18 unless accommpanied by an adult. The hotel does not accept overnight guests attending proms/formals/debs taking place either within the hotel or at another venue.
